Ain Consulting Engineers (ACE) is currently seeking a **Senior Estimation Manager** to join our dynamic team in **Egypt**. **Job Duties and Responsibilities:** * Represent main office in all Cost Control\-related matters for the project and maintain continuous coordination with the Head Office in the UAE. * Coordinate with subconsultants, Architectural, Structural, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure that the design and all project aspects comply with the allocated project budget through all design stages and up to project awarding. * Preparation and review of Cost Estimates / Feasibility Study and cost control measures. * Dealing with Value Engineering solutions and Cost\-Cutting Items. * Preparing and reviewing Tender documents, including Specifications review and Manufacturer List. * Technical \& Commercial Tender analysis. * Reply to tenderers’ RFI and prepare tender addenda. * To arrange, analyze, and compare quotations from different Contractor / Supplier / Sub Consultant / to choose the most appropriate one. * Reviewing Monthly Payments and prepare final settlement. * Review the contractual claims. * Meeting up with suppliers, reviewing samples to match specifications, and making material selections. * Attending the commercial meetings with Clients / Suppliers / Sub Contractors / etc. * Review specifications * Review BOQ according to international standards such as POMI, NRM2, CESMM3, etc. * Perform other tasks given by the superior from time to time. **Requirements:** * 10 years and above in Egypt with a Similar nature of projects and with international consultants. * Strong knowledge of international standards for quantity surveying and cost control. * Strong communication, reporting, and leadership skills with proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders. * Experience in cost analysis, material selection, and value engineering. * Using different types of software such as Bluebeam, PlanSwift, AutoCAD and Cost X (Mandatory). * Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
