Apply now! **Learn more:** **jti.com** **Process Lead** In this dynamic role, you will work closely with the IWS Cell Lead and take joint responsibility for driving continuous improvement in production. By analyzing manufacturing processes, collaborating with on\-site experts, and monitoring key performance indicators, you will not only enhance operational efficiency but also contribute to strengthening and evolving the corporate culture. **Position:** • Analyze production processes and create reports using large data sets to identify losses and improvement opportunities. * Collaborate with on\-site expert teams to develop and implement problem\-solving strategies and sustainable standards. * Support and coach the production cell in problem\-solving methodologies (IPS, UPS, SWP) and effective use of data analysis tools. * Contribute to driving cultural change towards autonomy and flat hierarchies in the production area. * Support the Cell Lead in developing quarterly plans, KPIs, and performance targets. **Requirements** * Completed technical or business training, ideally with further education at HF/FH/University level. * Knowledge and practical experience with analysis tools and evaluation of large data volumes. * Familiarity with Continuous Improvement programs (Kaizen, TPM). * Good MS Office skills; SAP knowledge is an advantage. * Strong analytical mindset, precise working style, communicative, team\-oriented, and independent.
