Your expertise in design tools, user\-centered methodologies, and collaboration with cross\-functional teams will be essential for delivering outstanding products. **Key Responsibilities:\-** **User Research \& Analysis:** Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points. **Wireframing \& Prototyping:** Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high\-fidelity UI designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. **Visual \& Interaction Design:** Develop aesthetically pleasing UI designs aligned with branding guidelines while ensuring accessibility and responsiveness. **Design Systems \& Guidelines:** Maintain and enhance design systems, ensuring consistency across all platforms and products. **Collaboration:** Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into user\-centered designs. **Usability Testing \& Feedback:** Conduct A/B testing, gather feedback, and iterate designs to improve user experience. **Front\-end Understanding:** Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented correctly using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. **Stay Updated:** Keep up with UI/UX trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to bring innovative ideas to the team. **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s/Master’s in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience). * **Experience:** * + **Senior\-Level:** 5\+ years in design projects. * **Portfolio:** **Must have strong case studies or a well\-documented portfolio** showcasing design process, problem\-solving, and impact. * **Tools:** Proficiency in **Figma** and prototyping/design tools. * **Skills:** * + User research, journey mapping, and usability testing. + Wireframing, high\-fidelity UI design, and interaction design. + Collaboration with developers and cross\-functional teams. + Agile methodology experience. * **Soft Skills:** Strong problem\-solving, communication, and adaptability.
