Key Responsibilities: Lead product formulation \& R\&D (skincare, soaps, scrubs, body butters) Oversee Quality Control (testing, compliance, raw materials). Manage lab operations, SOPs, safety \& regulatory compliance (ISO/GMP). Collaborate with production to ensure innovation \& product consistency. Requirements Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or related field .3–5 years’ experience in cosmetic R\&D and/or QC. Strong knowledge of raw materials, stability testing \& cosmetic regulations. Proven leadership \& ability to build lab processes from scratch. Job Type: Full\-time
