Duties and Responsibilities: Supervise mechanical execution works on site (HVAC air conditioning and refrigeration systems, fire protection networks, water and sewage networks, gas and compressed air systems). Monitor the implementation of works according to drawings, technical specifications, and approved codes. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other parties to ensure integration of mechanical works with other disciplines. Review and approve shop drawings and quantity schedules. Monitor work schedules and adherence to timelines. Implement quality and safety systems throughout all execution phases. Prepare periodic technical reports and submit them to management. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. 5 to 8 years of practical experience in mechanical works execution for construction projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and mechanical design and calculation software. Ability to manage work teams and strong problem-solving skills.
