We’re looking for an Inventory Control \& Procurement Specialist to join our growing Supply Chain team. In this role, you’ll make sure the right materials are always available — at the right time, cost, and quality. You’ll handle both purchasing and inventory control, combining hands\-on execution with smart forecasting and data accuracy. It’s a role for someone who enjoys planning ahead, solving daily challenges, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage the full purchasing process including requisitions, quotations, purchase orders, and delivery follow\-up. * Forecast material needs based on historical consumption, project timelines, and demand trends to ensure proactive planning. * Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels, ensuring timely replenishment and minimizing overstock or shortages. * Record all stock movements and purchase orders accurately in the SAP system. * Conduct regular stock counts, investigate discrepancies, and ensure corrective actions are taken. * Evaluate supplier performance (cost, quality, and delivery) and maintain an updated approved vendor list. * Coordinate closely with warehouse and finance teams to align purchasing, receiving, and payment processes. * **What We’re Looking For** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering. * 3–5 years of experience in procurement and inventory control (preferably in an industrial or project\-based company). * Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent). * Strong analytical and forecasting skills with attention to detail. * Organized, process\-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines. * Excellent communication and cross\-functional coordination abilities.
