**Company:** MCV INDUSTRY ( egypt)\- **Job Purpose:** Responsible for preparing all tasks and requirements essential for executing the assigned service jobs (including but not limited to maintenance, Repair, tools, field service car …etc) **Job Duties and Responsibilities:** * Responsible for all forklifts and minor mechanical tasks (including but not limited to troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, etc) * Confirming with the customer service visits that meet the agreed due time * Responsible for performing maintenance work for electrical/diesel forklifts * Performing fault tracing and repair work for electrical \& diesel forklift models * Responsible for installing, controlling, inspecting incl commissioning / re\-commissioning the new forklifts * Completing the service task given during the due date * Achieving/ensuring customer satisfaction for each job done * Performing final reports and documentation forms and ensuring their reception to the service coordinator * Open new opportunities for the maintenance/repair needed during each and any assigned job * Full responsibility for all received company assets (tools, field service cars…etc) **Job Skills and Abilities:** * Good communication skills * Self\-motivation * Able to work well in a team * Problem\-solving skills * Good time management skills * Analytical and research skills * Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work * Self\-confident * Creative **Qualifications:** * BSc in Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering * 6\-9 years of experience in the same field service for forklifts (Materials Handling Equipment)
