Yama Engineering Systems is looking for a talented **Technical Office Engineer** with strong experience in pricing and technical proposals for **Firefighting or HVAC projects**. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare technical and financial offers for tenders. * Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications. * Prepare technical submittals, design calculations, and compliance sheets according to standards. * Ensure all technical documents meet client and consultant requirements. * Handle cost estimation and supplier coordination. * Provide technical support for sales and project teams. * Study tender documents and identify technical and commercial requirements. * Ensure timely submission of offers according to tender deadlines. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. * 1–2 years of experience in Firefighting or HVAC systems. * **Previous experience as a Site Engineer** in contracting and installation works is a must. * Excellent skills in AutoCAD, Excel, and technical standards. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers and project teams.
