We are looking for a Foreign Procurement Specialist to join our Procurement team , to manage and optimize our international sourcing operations with excellence and precision. **Responsibilities** * Manage end\-to\-end international purchasing operations in alignment with company policies and timelines. * Source, evaluate, and negotiate with international suppliers to ensure the best value in terms of price, quality, and delivery. * Review and compare quotations, prepare purchase orders, and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate. * Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers to guarantee smooth shipping and clearance processes. * Monitor global market trends, pricing changes, and supply chain risks, providing insights and recommendations. * Maintain updated supplier records and contribute to supplier performance evaluations. * Support cost optimization initiatives and continuous improvement within the procurement process. **Requirements** * \- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Foreign Trade) or Business Administration. * \- 1–5 years of experience in a similar role. * \- Strong command of English (spoken and written). * \- Experience with ACID system and Free Zone regulations is preferred. * \- Excellent negotiation and communication skills. * \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems.
