Job Requisition \#: 031623 Store keeper (Open) Job Description: For our site in Sadat City, we are seeking a Storekeeper to join our Supply Chain Team onsite. In this role you are responsible for facilitating communication between production, sales and distribution stages. You work together with the Logistics team supporting with account management, including performing and auditing invoicing. In this role your key responsibilities include:* Manage all company warehouses: raw materials warehouse, finished product warehouse, packaging materials warehouse, spare parts warehouse, fuel and oil warehouse. * Physically receiving all materials belonging to Prod. * Raise timely /daily system updates for materials in/out. * Maintains inventory and coordinates freight shipments and document preparation. * Reviews purchase orders upon receiving materials and shipping documents to ensure accuracy. * Performs physical inventories and cycle counts, and orders materials and supplies as needed. * Reconciles inventory discrepancies and updates the inventory system when necessary. * May assist with identifying improvement opportunities across the site, including in the inventory and counting processes. * Ensure to label all the materials in the warehouse. * Organize stores and update warehouse layout. * Follow FIFO and FEFO during receiving and issuing materials. * Issue daily /weekly reports for the stock movement, steel, FIFO, and S LOB. * Follow up on steel scrap. * Keep all records.
