Ensure that water temperature and product quantities are appropriate for cleaning and properly recorded. Assist in setting up banquet dishes. Support chefs and kitchen team with various tasks as needed. Provide items required by the chefs. Assist during banquets and buffets by transporting supplies and maintaining adequate stock levels. Deliver cleaned items to designated areas. Operate and maintain cleaning tools and equipment, including dishwashers, hand sinks, wash tanks, and waste compactors. Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees. Follow and apply all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management; complete required safety training and certifications. Ensure a clean and complete uniform is worn at all times; maintain a neat and professional appearance on the job; respect confidentiality of brand and/or hotel information and protect all company assets. Welcome and serve guests according to company standards, anticipate and respond to guest needs. Use clear and courteous language in all communications. Build positive and constructive working relationships with peers; collaborate and support one another to achieve common goals. Ensure compliance with quality requirements and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 23 kilos independently. Be accustomed to standing, sitting, and moving continuously over extended periods. Perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping movements involving knees and body. Work on slippery, uneven, or sloped surfaces. Perform all other duties assigned by supervisors that are consistent with the position. RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS Education: High school diploma or equivalent secondary education. Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience. Supervisory Experience: At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
