The ideal candidate will assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring client requirements are clearly understood and addressed. **Requirements:** **Key Responsibilities:** * Analyze RFPs, RFQs, and tenders to prepare accurate and competitive proposals. * Collaborate with technical, sales, and finance teams to gather project data and pricing inputs. * Draft technical and commercial documentation aligned with client specifications. * Support cost estimation and solution design processes. * Maintain proposal databases, templates, and documentation. * Communicate effectively with clients for clarifications and submissions. **Qualifications \& Skills:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. * 1–3 years of experience in proposal or presales engineering (preferably tech/IT/industrial automation). * Strong analytical and documentation skills. * Excellent communication and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiency. * Familiarity with tender processes or ERP systems is a plus. **Benefits:** * Hybrid working model * Social and medical insurance * Transportation * Salary 50% in USD
