The Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes within their specialty. They will assist the Head Chef in creating menu items, recipes, and developing dishes. The Chef De Partie will also ensure the highest standards of food hygiene and adhere to health and safety regulations. **Qualifications** * Proven experience as a Chef De Partie Hot Section or similar role in a culinary setting * Excellent cooking and presentation skills * Familiarity with kitchen equipment and procedures * Ability to manage and train kitchen staff effectively * Strong multitasking and organizational skills * Knowledge of best cooking practices * Attention to detail and creativity * Good communication and teamwork skills * Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications * Experience in luxury hospitality or cruise settings is a plus * **Prefer worked with Accor** **Additional Information** experience is an asset Prior experience working with Opera or a related system Fluency in English additional languages are a plus Your team and working environment: In 1\-2 sentences, introduce the team, property or office environment in a way that reflects the culture Note: Customization may be included for any specific local or legislative requirements, such as work permits Our commitment to Diversity \& Inclusion: We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent. * **Prefer worked former with Accor**
