




**Date:** Oct 21, 2025 **Location:** 6Th Of October Branch (EGY2\), Egypt **Company:** AL AHLI BANK OF KUWAIT Reports to: Branch Manager Key Accountabilities: * Sales Achieve sales targets for all bank’s products as per branch business objectives * Sales opportunities Maximize opportunities to sell additional products and services to the existing \& potential Customers * Products Explain products and services to customers in order to achieve sales * Priority customers Maintain strong relationships with priority customers. * Customer service Deliver high quality customer service and exceed satisfaction goals by reducing customer complaints * Complaints Resolve issues and complaints from customers; escalate issue when outside authority * Custody 2nd Custodian of Cash area, along with required tasks, e.g. ATM refurbishment, cash reconciliation, etc * Customer transactions Supervise CSRs in customer transactions, ensure transactions are promptly logged and documents completed * Work supervision Supervise all CSR's daily activities. * Corporate governance Ensure all activities comply with corporate governance \& regulatory/legal frameworks * Compliance \& AML: AML duties for opening accounts /update KYC … etc. Experience * Minimum of 5 years in a branch role, typically CSR * Sales experience * Experience of handling and customer transactions and requests
