Inspections and Safety Checks: •Inspect scaffolding structures during and after assembly to ensure they are safe and stable. •Conduct regular checks to identify wear, damage, or hazards and make necessary repairs or adjustments. •Ensure the structure complies with safety standards and can support the required load. Supporting Construction Activities: •Provide safe access for workers to perform tasks at heights, such as painting, welding, or repairing. •Create platforms for machinery, tools, or materials to facilitate efficient work. Reading and Interpreting Plans: •Study scaffolding plans, drawings, or specifications to understand project requirements. •Determine the type and quantity of scaffolding materials needed for the job. Adhering to Safety Protocols: •Follow all site safety rules and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). •Secure the work area to prevent unauthorized access or accidents around scaffolding. •Ensure scaffolding is anchored properly to avoid instability or collapse. Collaborating with Teams: •Work closely with site supervisors, engineers, and other trades to meet project deadlines. •Communicate effectively to coordinate scaffold placement and ensure it meets site needs.
