**Job Description:** We are seeking a highly skilled and hands\-on **SAP PMO Offshore Delivery Lead** to oversee and manage offshore execution for a major SAP transformation program. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless delivery, alignment with onshore teams, and effective coordination with business and functional stakeholders. This role requires a strong understanding of SAP program delivery, PMO operations, and offshore engagement models, as well as exceptional project management and leadership skills. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead offshore project execution, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to SAP standards, and high\-quality outcomes. * Monitor project progress, track risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate challenges to leadership as required. * Coordinate and manage cross\-geography teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment between offshore and onshore resources. * Support the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, dashboards, and status reports for leadership and steering committees. * Guide offshore team members in prioritizing tasks, resolving blockers, and adhering to project governance frameworks. * Collaborate with business and functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with program objectives and deliverables. * Drive continuous improvement in offshore delivery processes and methodologies. **Qualifications and Requirements:** * **Experience:** * Minimum of 10\+ years of experience in SAP program delivery, with at least 5 years in a PMO leadership role. * Proven experience managing large\-scale SAP transformation programs, including offshore delivery models. * **Technical Skills:** * Strong understanding of SAP program delivery methodologies and PMO operations. * Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and Clarity. * Familiarity with SAP standards, best practices, and governance frameworks. * **Leadership and Communication Skills:** * Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills. * Ability to work across multiple workstreams and manage cross\-functional teams in a global delivery model. * Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making skills, with the ability to resolve blockers and prioritize tasks effectively. * **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. * PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable. * **Other Requirements:** * Demonstrated ability to work in a fast\-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities. * Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail. * Flexibility to work across time zones and manage offshore and onshore coordination effectively.
