monitoring information.\n* Monitor the performance of the TSF, observe and report on effectiveness of maintenance of all TSFs.\n* Inspect TSF infrastructures and provide feedback to the line manager.\n* Supervise TSF operations and construction activities of contractors.\n* Supervise daily operations of TSF contractors including cleaning of Solution trenches, drain boxes.\n* Maintain discipline and performance management among the members of the TSF crew.\n* Ensure the tailings deposition systems are constructed and operated within life of mine depositional requirements in line with legislative instrument (LI 2182\\).\n* Ensure environmental risks and opportunities are identified, and control measures implemented to address issues.\n* Assist with interactive development of Tailings Storage Facilities final design drawings and documentation through to effective communication to the construction team.\n* Oversee required tailings deposition infrastructure, methods and
