As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive training programs that enhance employee skills, boost performance, and drive organizational success. * Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for staff at all levels across the organization * Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and create tailored training solutions * Implement innovative training methodologies, including e\-learning and blended learning approaches * Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with organizational goals and strategies * Mentor and coach managers and supervisors to enhance their leadership and training abilities * Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data\-driven improvements * Develop and maintain up\-to\-date training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e\-learning modules * Monitor and report on key training metrics to demonstrate ROI and identify areas for improvement * Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and regulations in all training activities * Manage training budgets and resources efficiently * Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our training offerings * Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development throughout the organization **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field * Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with at least 3 years in a management role * Professional certification such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or equivalent is preferred * Proven track record in designing and implementing successful training programs * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams * Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Arabic * In\-depth knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies * Proficiency in needs assessment, curriculum development, and performance management * Experience with e\-learning platforms and instructional design software * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills to assess training needs and measure outcomes * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) * Understanding of Egyptian labor laws and regulations as they pertain to employee training and development * Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously * Flexibility to work extended hours and travel to other locations within Egypt as needed * Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast\-paced, dynamic environment * Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high\-quality standards in all training initiatives
