*We’re looking for a proactive, tech\-minded Project Manager who can bridge communication between our IT team, designers, and clients — and ensure CRM implementations are delivered on time and with excellence.* **What You’ll Do** \- Manage 15–20 CRM implementation projects for real estate agencies and developers \- Communicate with clients in English, gather detailed information about their business processes \- Coordinate CRM setup: track progress, control timelines, and ensure quality delivery \- Host online calls and training sessions to onboard clients to the system \- Work with WhatsApp chats, calendars, and Google Meet \- Drive each project to completion within 5 business days **What We Expect** \- 1\+ year of experience as a Project Manager or Implementation Specialist \- Ability to independently lead clients from briefing to launch \- Strong communication, time management, and follow\-up skills \- Confident use of Notion, Miro, and Google Workspace \- Fluent English — able to clearly communicate with clients \- A technical mindset and attention to detail — you enjoy understanding how things work under the hood **What We Offer** \- Remote work (time zone: GMT\+4\) \- A fast career path — from Project Manager to Head of Onboarding Job Type: Full\-time Pay: From E£250\.00 per month Language: * english (from B2 level) (Preferred)
