As a Student Worker in Production Support you will work with a team of technicians and engineers to keep robots, AGVs, automated screwdrivers and assembly systems running smoothly and to improve how we assemble products on the shop floor.**What You’ll Be Doing** * Design assembly cell layouts and propose improvements to flow and ergonomics. * Balance assembly cells to optimise takt time and capacity. * Produce CAD drawings and documentation for assembly fixtures and work instructions. * Support ad hoc manufacturing tasks and small pilot projects on the factory floor. * Collaborate with production engineers and operators to test and implement changes. **What We're Looking For** * Current student (minimum 2nd semester Bachelor) — preferably in Innovation Business, Engineering, Mechanical or similar. * Curious and hands‑on — you enjoy seeing your work used and making measurable impact. * Basic CAD skills or willingness to learn quickly. * Comfortable on the shop floor, able to work with cross‑functional teams and follow safety procedures. * Flexible availability, able to average \>8 hours per week and adjust around projects and exams. * Committed to an engineering career and eager to gain relevant work experience **In this role you will also gain:** * Practical production engineering experience at one of Denmark’s largest electronics manufacturers. * Mentoring and on‑the‑job learning with experienced technicians and engineers. * Real impact — your improvements will be implemented on the assembly line. * Flexible schedule to fit your studies. * Insight into automation, lean manufacturing and industrial documentation. **What You'll Get from Us** * We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities. * You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work\-life balance.
