Targeting experienced professionals with a background in occupational health and safety, you’ll lead meaningful projects that drive continual improvement in EHS standards, impacting our team, clients, and partners positively. **How You’ll Make an Impact** * Report directly to the EHS Manager, providing insights and updates on safety compliance and improvements. * Implement Siemens O\&M EHS program across all premises, ensuring full compliance and driving continual improvement. * Lead and mentor EHS specialists and technicians, fostering a culture of safety and excellence within the power plant. * Promptly address and eliminate non\-conformances, ensuring adherence to established procedures and methods. * Conduct risk reviews, compliance audits, and internal assessments, ensuring alignment with IFC guidelines and lender requirements. * Develop and deliver EHS training programs, supporting hazard assessments and accident investigations to prevent future incidents. **What You Bring** * 5 to 8 years of experience in occupational health and safety, with at least 2 years in a lead position, preferably in the electric power generation sector. * Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering, with a strong foundation in health and safety management systems. * Technical expertise in emergency management, risk management, HSE auditing, and accident investigation, with certifications in ISO45001, ISO14001, and NEBOSH IGC. * Fluency in English is mandatory, with proficiency in Arabic being advantageous. * Strong leadership and problem\-solving skills, with excellent communication and organizational abilities. * Proficiency in using dashboards, incident reporting platforms, and Office packages, with a focus on presentation and conflict resolution skills. **About the Team** Our Gas Services division offers Low\-emission power generation through service and decarbonization.
