Plant Operation \& Efficiency (Dryer Focus)** * + Machine Operation: Safely operate a variety of plant machinery including the Bagging, Mixer, Stacker, Calcination, and Laminator systems (upon successful training). + Dryer Control: Conduct critical checks and operation for the Dryer, including: + - Verifying that doors are sealed, and gas/air valves are open. - Starting the dryer, adjusting burner temperatures according to the production plan, and ensuring control panels are on "AUTO." - Monitoring the dryer operating system and heat exchanger performance and reporting any faults immediately. + Downtime Minimization: Keep detailed records, concisely report all issues to the Shift Leader and Maintenance team, and carry out basic maintenance tasks as directed. + Shift Handover: Provide and receive a comprehensive handover report at the start and end of every shift. + Cleanliness: Maintain 5S standards and a "clean\-as\-you\-go" environment. * 3\. Quality \& Improvement * + Quality Checks: Liaise with QC personnel to check board quality and make necessary dryer temperature adjustments to meet quality standards. + Process Improvement: Actively participate in process improvement projects, team forums (like Staff Council/H\&S), and take the lead in identifying and implementing resultant changes. + Problem Solving: Investigate failures and develop new procedures to ensure high\-quality output and maximize production. **What we’d love for you to have:** We are interested in you as a person: your attitude, behaviors and values.
