**About the Role** We are looking for an Associate Researcher to monitor, analyze, and collect information on upcoming projects in Construction, Oil, Power, Energy, Infrastructure, and Industrial sectors. You’ll keep our project database accurate and up to date, helping the business with lead generation and market insights. **What You’ll Do** * Market Monitoring: Track news, industry websites, government portals, company pages, and social media to find new project opportunities. * Research \& Data Collection: Speak directly with developers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and government representatives to gather first\-hand project details (scope, timelines, budgets, key contacts). * Database Management: Keep the project database updated and organized, making sure information is accurate and easy to use. Suggest improvements to data classification and meet deadlines for updates. * Collaboration: Build relationships with project stakeholders and work with internal teams to ensure research supports business goals. **What We’re Looking For** * Bachelor’s degree (Business, Engineering, Literature, or a related field preferred). * At least 2 years’ experience in market research, business intelligence, or a similar role. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Good analytical and research skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Self\-motivated and proactive. **Key Values** * Communication * Teamwork * Accountability * Customer Focus
