transformers, cables, and protection systems.\n* Civil and structural works for foundations, cooling towers, tanks, and buildings.\n* Review and approve ITPs, Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), and Non\\-Destructive Testing (NDT) reports.\n* Monitor and control inspection and test activities — witness, hold, and review points.\n* Verify that calibration certificates of measuring and testing transformers, control panels).\n* Evaluate and monitor subcontractor QA/QC performance to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.\n* Issue and follow up on Non\\-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and ensure timely closure.\n* Ensure that the construction, installation, and commissioning of plants and equipment are executed according to industry best practices to minimize operational risks.\n* Lead daily project and safety briefings, ensuring quality activities are integrated into overall construction plans.\n\n\n***SITE QUALITY AUDITS \\& COMPLIANCE***\n\n\n* Plan and conduct internal and external quality audits to verify compliance with ISO 9001 or project\\-specific standards.\n* Participate in joint inspections with client representatives and regulatory authorities.\n* Ensure all works conform to approved design drawings, specifications, and procedures.\n\n\n***COORDINATION \\& REPORTING***\n\n\n* Interface with Construction Managers, Engineering, HSE, and Commissioning teams to resolve quality issues.\n* Prepare weekly and monthly QA/QC reports, including NCR statistics, inspection status, and quality
