Expect a collaborative culture that values safety, innovation, and continuous improvement. **How You’ll Make an Impact** * Plan and implement maintenance and repair activities, applying your expertise to ensure optimal equipment performance. * Perform preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance to uphold power station reliability and efficiency. * Develop and implement maintenance programs, proposing resources and monitoring progress to achieve targets. * Ensure all activities align with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations and Siemens Energy standards. * Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities to support operational transparency and accountability. * Drive plant availability and customer satisfaction by adhering to maintenance work plans and plant procedures. **What You Bring** * A solid background in mechanical engineering, with experience in power station environments. * At least 5\-10 years of proven experience in power plant maintenance and repair activities. * Strong understanding of EHS regulations and commitment to safety standards. * Ability to set up and manage maintenance programs, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards. * Excellent record\-keeping skills to maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities. * Collaborative attitude, ready to contribute to a team\-oriented culture focused on innovation and improvement. **About the Team** Our Gas Services division offers Low\-emission power generation through service and decarbonization.
