E-commerce Manager - Pharmacy ​**Job Location: Cairo, Maadi** ​**Summary** We are seeking a talented and proactive E-commerce Manager to take responsibility for launching and managing our new online platform. You will be responsible for building the digital strategy, overseeing website development, and managing daily store operations with the goal of achieving growth and increasing online sales. ​**Main Duties and Responsibilities:** * ​Oversee the process of creating and developing the pharmacy's website (e-commerce store). * ​Manage the store on a daily basis: adding and categorizing products (medicines, cosmetics, medical supplies), updating prices, and accurately managing inventory. * ​Monitor sales operations and handle order processing (from receipt to delivery) while ensuring an excellent customer experience. * ​Develop and implement digital marketing plans (such as SEO, Google Ads, and social media advertising) to attract customers to the site. * ​Analyze sales data and website traffic (Analytics) and provide periodic reports to management. * ​Ensure full compliance with all regulations and laws issued by the Egyptian Drug Authority and the Ministry of Health regarding the online display and sale of pharmaceutical products. ​**Required Qualifications and Skills:** * ​Proven experience in managing e-commerce stores. * ​Practical experience with e-commerce platforms (such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) or the ability to manage coded websites. * ​Good knowledge of digital marketing strategies and data analysis tools (Google Analytics). * ​Highly organized with strong attention to detail. * ​**(Strong added advantage):** Previous background in pharmacy, cosmetics, or medical supplies. * ​Familiarity with Egyptian legal requirements for online medicine sales (essential requirement). ​**What We Offer:** * ​Competitive salary based on experience. * ​A motivating work environment and the opportunity to lead a new project from scratch.
