This Position reports to: Quality and Operational Excellence Manag **Your Role: Own the Challenge** * Supporting the deployment of strategy and objectives for continuous improvement at a local organizational level. * Tracking programs, initiatives, projects, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to demonstrate progress and value, enabling decision\-makers to allocate resources and recognize success. * Working towards disseminating a continuous improvement mindset and culture at all levels, activities, and functions to promote behavioral change for continuous performance improvement at local level. * Driving/supporting systematic benchmarking of external processes and techniques, incorporating relevant learnings into local ABB practices. **What it takes to Run what runs the world** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial, Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering or equivalent. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence and coach cross\-functional teams. * Demonstrated ability to establish and nurture a culture of quality and continuous improvement * Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma (L6S) methodologies, with practical experience in tools like 8D, DMAIC, 5S, TPM, JIT, and value stream mapping. **What's in it for you** We want you to bring your full self to work—your ideas, your energy, your ambition.
