




Scope: Provide all quality related function for the company's range of products \& packages. Manage the provision of analytical services to all plant operations through informal and formal training of personnel, the prevention and resolution of quality issues and the reduction of process variability by Applying Quality Systems and TPM Functional Responsibilities: \- Manage the Quality department in such a way that optimal service is delivered to internal customers in terms of Quality controls and that optimal quality is reached by enforcing internal specifications \- Manage the implementation of quality systems and procedures throughout plant operations, documentation and timely calibration of lab equipment, \- Manage the Inspection of raw and packaging materials for use in production ,and the Inspection of the Process Steps and report any discrepancies according to the Quality system \& Specifications \- Plan, establish \& implement the internal quality system audit, process audit as well as the final product audit and follow up the system related to product ?s non\-conformities. \- Manage/co\-ordinate line performance trials for the introduction of new packaging materials, to ensure quality standards are maintained. \- Assist Assignments that require the application of standard techniques, procedures and criteria. \- Establish, develop, maintain \& coordinate with the TC dept. \& Plant Departments the update of the Quality Management System (ABC Manuals, Policy, targets, resources, processes, ..etc.) and ensure the effective \& efficient implementation of the systems. \- Assist in the implementation of Statistical Process Control for analyzing and improvement actions Using Excel, HeiBi \& Minitab Analytical Systems \- Develop the product quality with the effective implementation of different quality systems i.e. GMP, ISO, HACCP \& international (Heineken) standards. \- Coordinate, Identify, Develop\& Recommended the changes and improvements in operation practices, procedures, methodology and equipment to ensure that activities meet Heineken standards \- Arrange With the TC Department for yearly Wine Sensory Training for Plant \- Provide advice, assistance and training in quality related areas to the operation \- Ensure the effective Implementation \& Update of SAP System \- Support the TPM Activities \& Development within the Plant \- Cooperate in the new NPIS Projects and Ensure the Quality Implementation \- Look After the Quality FTR and KPIs and liaise with Production and Packaging Managers for Continuous Improvement and Achieving Targets \- Establish Quality Meeting Report \& Meeting with Plant Management Team each Month with presentation and break Down Analysis for the non conformities and OOS Items and Major Issues with the PM \& TC Manager \- Monitor the Implementations of the Corrective and Preventive Actions within the Plant in the due dates as well as actions follow up \- Drive the Process to reduce the cost of Quality Leadership Responsibilities: \- Creating Successful Team by Working as science or chemical engineering \- ISO 22000 Certified Lead Auditor (Preferable) Knowledge and Experience: \- Extensive knowledge of lab techniques Including Microbiology and general practices, including calibration \- Experience HACCP/ISO Principles and systems \- Knowledge of product sensory evaluation \- Knowledge and experience in utilizing TPM methods ( Optional ) \- Fluent in English writing \& speech. \- Skillful in using MS\-Office Software \- Not less than 10 Years Experience Skills and Abilities: \- Strong Team work \& communication skills: must be able to work effectively in
