**Job Title: Operations Manager \- Delivery Company** We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the seamless delivery of products to clients and ensure the smooth functioning of our delivery services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing drivers, monitoring progress, vehicle supervision, and handling daily operational tasks. This is a leadership role requiring strong people management, problem\-solving skills, and strategic thinking. **Job Responsibilities:** * Oversee daily operations: manage orders, resolve issues, schedule and delegate tasks to the team, and communicate with vendors. * Design strategies and set goals for growth, including identifying new vendors and business opportunities. * Manage budgets and optimize expenses to maintain cost\-efficiency. * Develop and implement policies and processes to ensure smooth operations. * Ensure employees are productive, motivated, and given opportunities for professional growth. * Handle recruitment, training, and onboarding of new drivers and staff. * Evaluate and improve both operational and financial performance. * Conduct employee assessments and performance reviews. * Prepare regular reports for senior management on operational efficiency. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. * Troubleshoot and provide solutions for operational issues, such as profitability concerns or team conflicts. * Conduct meetings and briefings with drivers and other team members regularly. * Organize fleet management, including vehicle repairs and maintenance scheduling. * Train drivers on safety procedures, company rules, and the use of driver apps and other equipment. * Maintain accurate records of fuel usage, mileage, repairs, and other relevant information. * Coordinate with dispatch to ensure timely and efficient deliveries. * Supervise drivers to ensure they adhere to company policies, wear uniforms, and carry essential equipment such as visa machines. * Monitor driver performance, particularly in terms of safe driving practices and customer service. **Required Skills:** * Strong customer service skills. * Expertise in people management and leadership. * Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. * Ability to train and mentor junior team members. * Competent in task prioritization and time management. * Strong resource planning and problem\-solving skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Proficiency in English and Arabic (both languages required). * Proficiency in Excel and other relevant office software.
