




**About The Role** ================== We're elevating the role of CRM at Thndr and this is your chance to be part of this transformation from the start! We’re looking for someone who will be responsible for collaborating with key stakeholders within Thndr to design campaigns that target both new users and existing users with the aim of having an incremental impact on Thndr’s hero metrics. **What You'll Do** ================== * **Stakeholder \& Project Management:** You’ll be managing relationships across teams, coordinating projects, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. This includes handling multiple projects, setting timelines, and managing resources effectively. * **Data\-Driven Strategic Thinking:** You need to be able to analyze complex data sets to inform your CRM strategies, and optimize campaigns based on measurable outcomes. * **Creativity \& Growth Mindset:** You need to have an innovative approach to CRM campaigns, with a focus on driving user engagement and growth. * **Process Design \& A/B Testing:** You need to be skilled at process design.
