BTECH, Egypt's number one omnichannel retailer and customer financing provider for consumer electronics and home appliances, is seeking a talented and driven **Electrical Engineer** to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems and components. **Responsibilities:** * Review electrical designs and site\-specific load calculations and coordinate specifications with contractors. * Inspect and verify electrical work and quantities; review fire alarm systems, cost estimates, and contractors’ invoices. * Supervise, monitor, and approve all required electrical works. * Participate in preparing monthly, quarterly, semi\-annual, and annual reports presenting departmental performance. * Receive fault notifications, assess the nature of faults, coordinate repairs with contractors, and verify completed fixes. * Conduct site inspections and provide specifications for required works and materials, and perform cost analysis (e.g., collect quotations). * Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the department manager or sector head according to work procedures. * Follow up on periodic maintenance with service providers (generators, elevators, telephone exchanges, automatic doors). * Stay up to date and evaluate new materials and LED lighting units available in the local market. * Supervise execution of new constructions or renovations for company sites including branches, administrative buildings, and warehouses. * Perform preventive maintenance for branches and submit weekly reports on the condition of generators and elevators. * Execute fault notifications and fulfill required service requests. **Requirements** * + **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Power specialization). + **Experience**: 5 to 7 years of relevant experience. + **Languages**: Good command of English. + **Skills**: + - Time management - Communication - Problem\-solving and root cause analysis - Leadership - Data analysis - Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and DIALux **Benefits** **Discover the benefits of joining B.TECH: More than just a job** * Comprehensive health and life insurance. * Flexible work arrangements to support work\-life balance. * Professional development and training opportunities for advancement and career growth. * Employee discounts and wellness programs. * High performance and rewarding culture.
