This position reports to: Building & Data Center Sales Manager Responsible for sales of products/systems within assigned market for the Electrification products for Buildings segment in accordance with company strategy. Build long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues. Identify and develop sales opportunities. **You will be mainly responsible for:** * Developing a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensuring attainment of company sales goals and profitability. * Building and maintaining strong relationships at senior levels with key customers and industry stakeholders. * Initiating and coordinating development of action plans to penetrate new markets and maintain sales leads and prospects. * Understanding the underlying needs of the customer and identifying new business possibilities. * Running the negotiations with the customer and moves the business to the agreed upon margins, as well as ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. * Continuously assessing market trends, customers, competitors, industries, applications, and country analyses to identify and realize opportunities with existing and potential new customers within the target segment. * Fulfilling the expected number of customer visits, logs the visits and communicating the results with the sales management team. * Providing pre-sales technical assistance and appropriate solutions to the customers. * Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business. * Building segment and strong relationship with developers (preferable) **Qualifications for the role:** * You have BSc. degree in Electrical Power. * You have 5 years of experience in Sales and marketing, preferable to be in similar field. * You are at ease communicating in English & Arabic * Medium voltage and Low voltage switchgear experience is a plus. * Ability to demonstrate work experience in Salesforce (big advantage) * Ability to demonstrate proficiency in leadership capabilities, negotiation, presentation & communication skills.
