**Company:** MCV INDUSTRY ( egypt)\- **Job Purpose:** Responsible for heading the team assigned for oversees audit during audits and control consulting engagements that evaluate corporate management and operating practices **Job Duties and Responsibilities:** * Head the performance of the internal audit staff while conducting on\-site financial and operational audits of different complexity and scope * Lead proactively audit planning efforts * Define internal audit project scope and approval timeframe * Ensure internal audits are resourced and completed properly * Execute individual audits for respective accounts * Develop audit procedures to assure proper fieldwork performed as per audit plan * Oversee work performance follow\-up as required and convey findings to audit and customer management * Guide and develop own audit team as appropriate * Review audit work papers to assure clarity and well\-organized documentation * Ensure key controls are tested and all imperative risks are addressed * Formulate apt conclusions related to adequate internal controls and procedures on basis of knowledge of operations and audit work performance * Appraise performance PMS of own team * Perform additional job\-related duties as assigned by line managerMain KPI Key Performance indicators: * Core Competencies + Financial Management + Customer Excellence + Process Management + Growth \& Development * Functional Competencies + Market knowledge + Strategic Thinking + Digital Proficiency Monitoring * Leadership Competencies + Team Management \& Coaching + Succession Planning and team Development + Strategic Performance Management **Job Skills and Abilities:** * Fluent English; another European language would be an asset * Proficiency in or knowledge of using a variety of computer software applications, especially MS Office software * Supervisory Skills * Attention to detail and accuracy * Planning and organizing * Strategic thinking * Strong communication skills * Information and task monitoring * Problem identification and analysis **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field and considerable working experience as an accountant * 15 – 18 years of experience
