### **Work location :Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.** We are seeking a dynamic Application Manager to oversee the performance, optimization, and business alignment of a digital application across a fitness and wellness club operations. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage the lifecycle of club\-related applications, including member apps, booking tools, POS systems, CRM, and loyalty platforms. * Act as the bridge between IT, marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure applications meet evolving business needs. * Work with external vendors and internal developers to drive app improvements, integrations, and updates. * Monitor application performance and user engagement, proactively identifying and resolving issues. * Collaborate with marketing on campaign integrations, push notifications, and member journey optimization within the app environment. * Conduct training sessions for front\-desk teams and fitness staff on new features or updates. * Gather user feedback and analytics to inform decisions on UX/UI enhancements. * Support data privacy, app security, and compliance with internal policies and industry standards. * Report on KPIs related to application adoption, engagement, and ROI. ### **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. * Proven experience in application management, digital product ownership, or marketing operations. * Familiarity with fitness industry apps, booking systems, or wellness tech is a plus. * Strong analytical skills and a user\-first mindset. * Excellent communication and project management skills. * Experience working with cross\-functional teams and external vendors.
