Production Engineer

Description

Scope: Execution and implementation of the operational plan within the production department and lead an operational team in order to meet production performance targets. Functional Responsibilities: * Ensure safety in all areas \& activities. * Manage the quality of our products to meet ABC targets \& respect the Heineken standards. * Maintains clean and organized work place according to the hygiene and 5S requirements. * Cascade the ABC vision, strategy \& targets on the departmental level \& engage the team for implementation. * Execute the production plan to ensure the availability of the required products with the right quality. * Ensure the implementation \& use of the appropriate TPM tools \& methods. * Follow\-up the maintenance \& calibration of all equipment’s in the department to ensure optimal running conditions and process control. * Ensure every team member can fully develop his potential. * Ensure an effective DCS to reduce losses and improve performance continuously. * Follow the Safety, hygiene, Good Manufacturing food safety, Quality policies, procedures \& standards established within the company. * Follow the Lab Star or similar systems where applicable in his/her area. **Leadership Responsibilities:** * Comply with Heineken green print to win behaviors. * Comply with ABC values. \# of Hires Needed 1 Hiring Manager Hamdy Kamal Mohamed El Shazly, Sahar Job Requirements **Qualifications:** **Education, Certifications and Licenses:** * BSc. In an Engineering Discipline **Knowledge and Experience:** * Zero to three years of relevant experience * Good command of English * Good in Microsoft excel \& word as minimum * Computer literacy **Skills and Abilities:** * Willingness to work rotating shifts on continuous, seven\-day cycle * Good physical demand * Ability to work under stressful conditions **Personal Qualities:** * Strong leadership abilities. * Hard worker. * Good initiative. * Proactive and team player. * Good communication skills. * High level of ethics. * Motivated and motivate others. * Punctuality is essential. **Preferable Qualifications:** * Experience within Beverages Industry or Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).
