**Key Responsibilities:** \> Deliver training sessions on the Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Platform Developer, and Power BI. \> Develop and customize training materials and resources based on the specific needs of the audience. \> Conduct hands\-on exercises, workshops, and interactive sessions to enhance learning and engagement. \> Provide guidance and support to trainees, addressing their questions and concerns. \> Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary. \> Stay updated with the latest developments and trends in the Power Platform and related technologies. \> Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities and outcomes. **Requirements:** \> Minimum 2\-7 years of experience in Power Platform technologies. \> MCT Certification is a plus. \> Strong knowledge and expertise in Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Platform Developer, and Power BI. \> Any PL series certification (e.g., PL\-900, PL\-100, PL\-200, PL\-300, PL\-400, PL\-500, PL\-600\). \> Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. \> Flexible to travel internationally \& work in rotational shifts \> Ability to customize training content and materials based on the audience's requirements. \> Familiarity with App Maker, Citizen Developer, and Power Platform Solution Architecture is preferred.
