As a Bakery Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious baked goods, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and food safety. * Develop and execute a diverse menu of baked goods, including breads, pastries, and desserts * Oversee daily bakery operations, including production scheduling and inventory management * Train and supervise bakery staff, ensuring adherence to recipes and quality standards * Implement and maintain food safety and hygiene practices in compliance with local regulations * Collaborate with the culinary team to create seasonal and specialty items * Monitor and control food costs while maintaining product quality * Stay current with baking trends and techniques to innovate and improve offerings * Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients and finished products * Participate in menu planning and recipe development * Maintain a clean and organized work environment **Qualifications** * Culinary degree or diploma in baking and pastry arts * Minimum 3\-5 years of experience in a professional bakery or restaurant setting * Proven expertise in various baking techniques and methods * Strong skills in recipe development and modification * Thorough understanding of food safety and hygiene practices * Excellent time management and organizational skills * Demonstrated leadership abilities and team management experience * Creativity and passion for culinary arts, especially baking * Knowledge of Egyptian and international baking traditions * Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus * Valid food safety certification * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously * Strong problem\-solving skills and attention to detail * Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
