Join us on this exciting journey of growth and innovation! * Oversee the entire payroll process for all employees, including salary calculations, deductions, bonuses, and end\-of\-service payments. * Ensure payroll is processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies. * Coordinate with Operations teams to validate attendance, leaves and shift schedules before payroll processing. * Collaborate with Finance departments to ensure accurate data integration and alignment. * Maintain updated employee records, including new hires, resignations, promotions, transfers, and contract updates in the payroll system. * Address payroll\-related inquiries from employees and provide timely resolution of any discrepancies. * Continuously monitor changes in payroll legislation and update internal policies accordingly. * Recommend improvements to payroll processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
