**Senior Maintenance Engineer.SO** **\-** **(****250002CZ****)****Description** **Job Purpose** maintain/ repair and replace all field hardware and physical media in an appropriate time. **Report To Position Name** q Keep the Mean time for Repair to the minimum to ensure customer satisfaction and stability of service to MISP customers. q Audit and inspect periodically on MISP Network sites based on an approved check list to ensure maintaining the standard Network physical conditions to keep the high quality of service stability and availability of the Network. q Audit periodical and site inspection of the network environmental conditions to ensure smooth operations of the equipments to the benefit of the customers. q Accept any new installation or modification from deployment team according to standard chick list. q Manage special needs for a Network rectifications in order to gain customer satisfaction. q Develop training plans for the team to ensure that are equipped with the necessary skills to achieved high level of performance. q Manage the continuous availability of the technicians and field engineers to be able to handle all Hardware and physical media problems as efficient and up to the company standards. q Control, guide the subcontractors’ team appearance, behavior and attitude to maintain a high standard or service, MISP image and ensure team full customer awareness. q Recommend equipment specification to purchasing Dept. upon the field needs to make sure they have full information to base their purchases plan on. q Responsible for the operations’ warehouse to ensure the availability of spare parts and all tools that are needed for the whole operations team to perform their job and achieve their objectives. q Audit and control the settlement of the operations units’ advanced cash for the engineers and technicians purchases and transportations expenses to manage the proper utilization of cash and cost control. q Follow the Telecom Egypt Central permission issuance for the Maintenance team and ensure the availability of all needed tools for the team to perform their duties. q Control, guide technician team appearance, behavior and attitude to maintain a high standard or service, MISP image and ensure team full customer awareness. q Directly manage number of Technicians and engineers to ensure their proper technical training and MISP culture awareness, facilitate their objective achievement and duties fulfillment through ensuring their receipt of all required tools. **Qualifications** **QUALIFICATIONS\_ESSENTIAL** * University Degree of communication Engineering **QUALIFICATIONS\_DESIRABLE** * V. Good problem analysis \& Solving techniques * V.
