




* Initiating and scaling the sales channels for property liquidation and asset exits. This includes all direct and indirect channels, both within and outside of Nawy. * Developing and executing the commercial propositions, promotional activities, and go\-to\-market strategies for every channel. * Designing the sales pitch for ready\-to\-exit properties to ensure the best market positioning and facilitate the exit. * Optimizing pricing to ensure maximum returns for the asset owners. * Managing the financial performance of asset exits in accordance with the revenue and margin targets, and the overall business strategy. * Tracking, analyzing, and reporting channel performance to identify and enhance the most effective channels. * Collaborating with the product and tech teams to automate and expedite all exit\-related operations. * Working with the finance team on any and all relevant business cases related to all exit channels. **Requirements** \- Proven experience (3\-5 years) in a commercial role involving developing and scaling sales channels, and crafting and executing GTM strategies \- preferably within the tech sector. * Rigorous understanding of P\&L management, revenue optimization, and financial modeling for asset sales. * Demonstrated experience in business case development and pricing strategy. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights. * Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g. Excel, SQL...). * Strategic thinking with a proactive approach to problem\-solving and decision\-making.
