**Requirements and responsibilities** **Job Title: Midlevel Tester (Manual \& Automation)** **Experience: 2\-4 Years** ================================================================================ **Responsibilities** * Develop and execute test plans for manual and automation testing. * Identify, document, and track bugs to resolution. * Design and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts. * Automate regression and repetitive test cases. * Integrate automated tests into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines. * Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure test coverage. * Participate in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, stand\-ups, and retrospectives. * Communicate directly with clients to clarify requirements and provide testing updates. * Continuously improve QA processes and advocate for quality practices. **Technical Skills** * Expertise in manual testing (functional, integration, regression). * Proficiency in automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, or equivalent. * Scripting skills in C\#, JavaScript, or Python. * Hands\-on experience with Azure DevOps for task management and pipeline integration. * Familiarity with test case and defect management tools. * ISTQB or equivalent certification (preferred but not mandatory). **Soft Skills** * Strong verbal and written communication for collaboration and client interaction. * Analytical thinking and problem\-solving abilities. * Self\-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently. * Adaptable to dynamic priorities and able to multitask effectively. * Strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
