Complete requisition forms for inventory and supplies. Notify manager or supervisor of low inventory levels. Verify and track received inventory and generate reports and records on them. Reconcile shipping invoices and receiving reports to ensure accurate counts. Receive, unload, and process deliveries. Reject damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items. Resolve issues related to supplier deliveries and oversee the return process. Follow food safety guidelines and handling policies and procedures for all food-related areas. Monitor PAR levels of all food products to ensure appropriate levels. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to management; complete safety training and obtain certifications. Comply with all company safety policies and procedures; report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional. Maintain confidentiality of company proprietary information; protect company assets. Support all co-workers and treat them with dignity and respect. Support team to achieve common goals. Meet quality assurance expectations and standards.
