





* Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the Resale Managers \& Agents. * Managing, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of Resale Managers * Build and promote strong, long\-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. * Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. * Coach, develop and monitor the team as to achieve the sales target. * Analyze and track the team performance through Nawy dashboards and internal systems. * Formulate and execute effective resale strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. * Foster a collaborative and high\-performance sales culture within the team. * Provide accurate sales forecasts and present sales, revenue and expenses report to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. * 7\+ years of experience in sales management, with a focus on resale. (Min. 3 yrs of experience in managing teams.) * Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets. * Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitor activities. * Results\-oriented with a track record of driving revenue growth. * Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence.
