





**Job Description – IT System Administrator (Microsoft 365\) – RemotePosition Overview** Cleveland Dental Institute is seeking a skilled **IT System Administrator** to join our team remotely from Egypt. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our IT systems while primarily focusing on **Microsoft 365 administration**. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to work independently, and effective communication in English with our US\-based staff. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide **remote IT support** to employees across multiple US office locations. * Administer and manage the **Microsoft 365 environment**, including: * Intune device management * Security and compliance policy setup and enforcement * Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint administration * User account provisioning and access control * Troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity. * Ensure IT systems comply with company policies and security standards. * Document IT procedures, incidents, and resolutions for reference. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations. **Qualifications** * **English level B1–B2 is a must** (to communicate effectively with US\-based staff). * Proven hands\-on experience with **Microsoft 365 administration** (Intune, policies, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint). * Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. * Familiarity with IT security, backup systems, and remote support tools. * Ability to work independently during **US business hours**. **Work Schedule** * **Hours:** 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM (Egypt Time) * **Days Off:** Saturday \& Sunday * **Work Type:** Remote (Egypt\-based, supporting USA operations) **Compensation \& Benefits** * Salary package: **35,000 L.E per month** * 100% remote work with a stable schedule * Professional growth and training opportunities * Exposure to an international healthcare environment **About Cleveland Dental Institute** Cleveland Dental Institute is a leading dental healthcare provider in the United States, operating across multiple locations.
