Whether it's packaging, formulas, or products, Specright helps companies reduce costs and empower efficiencies by sharing, analyzing and auditing specifications. **Role Overview** You'll be responsible for creating, maintaining, and evolving high\-quality documentation and educational content that empowers our users to understand and use our product effectively. This includes user guides, release notes, onboarding materials, FAQs, and in\-app help content. **Key Responsibilities** * Write, edit, and maintain clear, concise, and user\-friendly documentation for product features, workflows, and updates. * Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Professional Services and the Customer EducationSupport teams to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy. * Create and update onboarding materials, tutorials, and help center articles. * Develop content strategies for new feature rollouts and ensure timely documentation updates. * Maintain a consistent voice and tone across all user\-facing content. * Monitor user feedback and analytics to continuously improve documentation and identify content gaps. * Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge\-sharing resources as needed. * Maintain the product help portals to ensure that it hosts the latest material. **Requirements** * 2\+ years of experience in technical writing, user education, or a similar role\-preferably in a SaaS organization. * Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills. * Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible content. * Experience with documentation tools such as Confluence, Notion, GitBook, or similar. * Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development processes is a plus. * Comfortable working cross\-functionally in a fast\-paced, evolving environment. * Experience creating video tutorials, walkthroughs, or interactive guides. * Previous experience building and managing a knowledge base is a plus **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits * Flexible work environment * Opportunity to shape the user experience of a growing product * A collaborative and supportive team culture
