* Work with product software development team to obtain an in\-depth understanding of the product and its documentation requirements * Write easy\-to\-understand online help and tutorials for software products * Work closely with system analysts, presales engineers and project managers to write technical proposals and software requirements specifications documents * Produce high\-quality documentation that meets company and industry standards and is appropriate for its intended audience Revise documents as new changes are introduced * ### **Requirements** * Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation * Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail * Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures * Excellent writing skills in English and Arabic * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office * Experience with Online Help Authoring Tools * Basic familiarity with the software development life cycle
