**Core Telecom Projects Principal Engineer.Core Network Development \& B2B** **\-** **(****250000JG****)****Description** **Job Purpose**  Manage and execute all received plans from IPBB planning section.  Ensure that all IPBB project management methodologies are applied for all assign projects in smart \& professional manner including scope, time, risk and quality management. **Report To Position Name**  Create all the necessary installation documentation to support the IPBB implementation team.  Plan, lead and implement the IPBB actions.  Plan, forecast and recommend work tools that necessary for better team resource management.  Managing implementation for all IPBB nodes i.e. Routers, Switches, FireWalls, VODs, …etc. for all vendors including Startup/Commissioning/Acceptance  Managing implementation for special projects i.e. Caching, Video optimization.  Create Project Plan for each new project related to IPBB sections  Regular and timely reporting of project progress to the management  Provide support and lead innovative initiatives with contractors/vendors.  Ensure that all project management methodologies are applied for all assign projects in smart \& professional manner including scope, time, risk\& quality management.  Ensure that all new implementation/expansion projects in Cores \& BSCs deployed on time \& as per Etisalat quality standard.  Supervise, Commission \& integrate various IPBB nodes \& introduce it successfully to Etisalat Network.  Monitor, Develop \& Report the monthly dashboard for all assigned project to ensure that all department KPI achieved \& highlight all associated risks.  Develop yearly E2E plan for Technical nodes to secure the needed space \& power to deliver the nodes.  Responsible for providing all the needed supporting materials for telecom deployment via approved frame agreements with vendors.  Regular meeting with planning teams \& various vendors to ensure the smooth execution of all assigned projects  Proactively manage foreseen project risk and mitigating as necessary **Qualifications** **QUALIFICATIONS\_ESSENTIAL**  University Degree in Telecommunication and Electronic Engineering  Effective Communication \& Negotiation skills  Ability to deal with difficult people at work  Ability to work under pressure  Experienced in IPBB and IPBB\_SEC deployment projects.  Excellent Computer skills, Advanced MS office tools \& AutoCAD.  Excellent in Arabic \& English (Reading, Writing \& Oral) **QUALIFICATIONS\_DESIRABLE**  CCNA Certificate.  Familiar with Core \& Access nodes fundamentals \& deployment standards.  Datacenters standards \& best practices **EXPERIENCE\_ESSENTIAL**  Minimum 5 years of Experience within Mobile network field.  Minimum 3 years of Experience within IPBB network field **EXPERIENCE\_DESIRABLE**  Experienced in IPBB\_SEC deployment projects **CERTIFICATIONS\_ESSENTIAL**  FTX fundamentals  Datacentre fundamentals  Project Management  Leadership  GSM Network  Decision making \& problem solving  Self\-management  Creative thinking **Job****:** Principal Engineer**Organization****:** Etisalat\-Misr Non\-Management**Job Posting****:** 25/Mar/2025, 4:49:29 AM
