**Purpose of the job** Handling USSD projects as Dev\-Ops model, starting from feasibility study, integration, Go\-live activities, in addition to handling operational tasks after going live. **Duties and responsibilities** * Developing new services \& advancing changes in existing USSD flows. * Handling deployments on USSD platform. * Monitoring service KPIs for all USSD services, and ensuring service stability. * Performing regular checks on USSD platform for ensuring operations efficiency. * Tackling any global or individual incident related to USSD. * Maintaining accountability of new systems upgrades \& extensions. * Accepting and validating new features implementation, and software upgrades. * Performing planned actions during low traffic \& handling open cases with vendors \& customer complaints related to regular On\-call duties. **Job specification** **Education** Bachelor degree in Telecommunication and Electronics Engineering or Computer Science. **Experience** 0 \- 2 years of experience in telecom industry. **Skills and abilities** * Very good English both written and spoken. * Very good Microsoft office knowledge. * Good UNIX admin skills. * Basic networking skills. * Project management Skills **Contrat** ----------- CDI
