The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well\-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry. **Responsibilities**: * Drive the annual people development strategy across commercial and non\-commercial teams. * Lead and coach a high\-performing learning team. * Design innovative learning programs using Instructional Design and LMS tools. * Collaborate cross\-functionally to align learning with business goals and new product launches. * Foster a culture of continuous learning and performance excellence. **Requirements** * MBA (mandatory) – preferably in HR, Learning \& Development, or Business. * Minimum 5 years of experience in People Development, L\&D, or Talent Development (pharma, consumer health, or FMCG). * At least 2 years in a leadership role managing learning or people development teams. * Certified Trainer with Train\-the\-Trainer (TOT) certification. * Strong expertise in Instructional Design and LMS management. * Excellent communication and fluency in English.
