You want to have a career you love not just a job **– Frequently Asked Questions –** *1\- Will I be a part\-time or full\-time trainer?* We are seeking both part\-time trainers and full\-time trainers *2\- What will I train?* At CBS we provide various training programs that are based on interaction and implementation, to aid participants gain the skills IN\-CLASS. This includes all types of trainings such as time management, leadership, emotional intelligence, etc. \& the more specialized trainings of Marketing, Sales, HR, and Customer Care. So if your field of specialty is any of the above mentioned fields, you are eligible to apply. *3\- What is the salary?* As a trainer you are paid per hour which is negotiated based on your experience and abilities. *4\- What is the training I’ll receive?* After an assessment test, you will receive a minimum of 40 hours of TOT (Training of Trainer) by our team specialists to ensure the adherence of your training skills and techniques to our quality standards. *5\- How much will I pay for the TOT?* Nothing, but you will sign a commitment contract with CBS.
